Jordan Presseault

I believe I'm one of Canada's Future Entrepreneurial Leaders because of the career path I've been blessed with in the last few years. Being able to work with 4 of the top 25 event filmmaking companies in the world, getting the opportunity to film in some of the greatest cities in North America and even traveling overseas to Europe to film has been overwhelming! I strongly believe in my business goals and I'm very passionate about storytelling.
In the past year my passion has been noticed by the local college and I have started teaching as a professor when I was 23 years old. Moreover, recently accepting the position to train under the director of a live National television show has been amazing. If all goes well, I will be the youngest director ever for this highly profiled live television show. I honestly live and breath storytelling and so far I can honestly say that I haven't work a day since I started my business! The last few years have been the most rewarding experience of my life.

Peter Schnobb

Peter Schnobb has been wandering around with a camera in his hand since as long as he can remember. As an adult, he decided to make it his fulltime career. In 2010, he graduated from Canadore College’s Video Production course and was one of the few to land a job immediately.
On the day of graduation, it was announced to him that he would be leaving Canada to Copenhagen, Denmark to be a Videographer for Princess Cruises. Before, he had only seen the North American continent… 7 months later; he witnessed 6 out of the 7 continents and documented some of the most stunning and remarkable points of interest around the world.
Now, Peter Schnobb is back with a vengeance. With experience as a Director, Cinematographer, Editor, Producer, Actor and Comedy Writer, he brings quality, enthusiasm and a whole lot of passion to the table.

I graduated from the Television Broadcasting course in 1983 snd worked in several Television related jobs and was finally hired as a Sound man/ Editor for CFCF TV Montreal in their Ottawa Bureau. The year was 1986. In 1987 I joined the Independent Satellite news team in Ottawa as a Cameraman/Editor. In 1989 I was hired by CTV to work in the Ottawa news bureau as a Soundman/Editor/Cameraman.
Spent the tail end of the Mulroney Years in Ottawa with CTV. In 1992 I left Ottawa (Screaming) for the peaceful shores of Nova Scotia. I was transferred to the CTV Halifax bureau and worked there for three years. In October of 1995 I was transferred to the CTV Washington Bureau. I spent six years working in this bureau, traveling the world covering major news events. In 1996, a wonderful opportunity came up with the start of the National Geographic Channel in Washington DC. I was hired as the Senior Editor and Cameraman and continue to work there to this day. I still have the opportunity to work for CTV on a freelance basis and have kept my ties with the bureau as well as the company.

Tom Michalak

I joined the CTV Ottawa News Bureau in 1983 as an ENG/EFP cameraman. This experience has provided me with an on going opportunity to nurture and grow my newsgathering and storytelling skills. My work in Ottawa is primarily focused on the workings of Parliament but can be directed to off Hill stories as needed. Although hired as an ENG cameraman that is no longer my only function. Through workplace evolution I have been able to contribute to our News and Public Affairs department as a videotape editor, soundman, floor director, director, and satellite uplink operator.
Domestically I have covered 7 Federal Election Campaigns, the OKA uprising, the tear gas Summit of the Americas in Quebec City, a plethora of Political Conventions, demonstrations, press conferences, and visiting dignitaries.
International assignments include coverage of our Prime Ministers foreign trips abroad, special assignments like the Queen Moms funeral, Hostages in Iraq, NATO Brave Lion in Norway, Hurricane Katrina, 911, and the staffing our Afghanistan bureau at the Kandahar Airfield.
